Katherine Heigl's Wardrobe Malfunction During the Showest!

Katherine Heigl is still not very used to receive the awards! They make her shy and clumsy. The former 'Grey's Anatomy' star and newly brunette was on stage at the ShoWest awards ceremony in Las Vegas, on Thursday, to pick up the "Female Star of the Year" award, when the strap on her red dress broke.

During her thanking speech, 31 years old actress had to face the nightmare of her dress breaking in front of the audience. Fortunately for her (unfortunately for the audience), she succeeded to grab the strap and to hold it up until she finished the speech. Actually she even asked the host, Billy Bush to help her hold it up.

But, as every woman who pretends she is a lady, Heigl managed to smile and laugh off the incident."Her ever-present charm and innate talent have made Heigl's transition from TV screen to silver screen seemingly effortless. Her comedic timing and flair for acting are showcased in each of her roles and have captivated audiences around the globe", said Robert Sunshine, the event’s managing director.
Currently, Katherine Heigl is due to star with Ashton Kutcher in a new romantic comedy, 'Killers', we hope a funnier version of 'Mr and Mrs Smith', starring Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
ShoWest's male star of the year, was Australian actor Sam Worthington, star of  'Avatar'.
