Is Kate Moss starting to be too old for a model job? Apparently this is what Sir Philip Green thinks.

The Topshop boss has closed his  clothes-designing partnership with Moss in order to make room for his daughter.
Moss will launch her 14th and final collection for Green in October and 19-year-old Chloe Green will start to train to work for the company. Sir Philip has arranged for her to work at Topshop's headquarters in London's Oxford Street.
Of course that being replaced by half-her-age model made Kate very angry. Rumor has it 36-year-old has created a lot of tension between her and Chloe following the news of her future departure.
"Kate has made us hip, but we've heard there's been a falling-out over the boss's daughter", one Tipshop worker told Daily Mail. "At one point she was doing six collections a year but they cut it back to two a year because they could not sustain it and that is when it started to falter. Chloe has been a fully fledged fashion diva since the age of 15 and sits on the front row at catwalk shows. She has grand plans to have her own fashion range", a fashion insider revealed.
Sir Philip Green explained Kate's leaving with her having too many other work commitments to continue working with Topshop. "Kate has done 14 collections with us. It has been fantastic for us and fantastic for her, but they take more and more time and she cannot do this full-time any more", he said.
