Kate Moss
Kate Moss is not keeping her eating disorder for herself, she wants to share it with the others too. Recently, during one interview she gave for a radio station, asked if she has any personal slogan, the super model answered that 'nothing tastes as good as skinny feels'. Here we go, girls! We mention that this is the same motto posted on pro-anorexic websites, said to encourage girls to avoid eating!!! So starve or die ugly!
Of course that Kate's modeling agency has dismissed the comment saying it was misinterpreted. Yeah right! We don't need to actually hear Kate talking about not eating, we can just look at her and it all becomes very clear.

Why is everybody saying Kate Moss is wrong..being skinny, thin, or small is healthy! Being fat is unhealthy and dangerous..hard on all your organs and every doctor will tell you this. It does feel good to reach the goal, the weight loss. Young women with eating disorders need help like any other sick person but the world should not say fat is okay to help them with their disorder. Their parents should set an example at home, teach healthy eating habits and self esteem. True we should not be judged on our body image but how we feel and how healthy we are.

Being "skinny, thin or small" does not automatically make someone healthy. While yes, being overweight can be unhealthy, you can be just as unhealthy if you're underweight. It's about balance. A balanced diet, and balancing exercise and proper rest. Young girls have a hard enough time with self image without being exposed to drugged out waifs like Moss who equate thin with healthy and beautiful. You can be skinny and ugly and unhealthy just as easy as you can be fat and ugly unhealthy.

I think her quote was taken out of context. She isn't discouraging girls from eating. I think she meant sometimes people let their desires for food control their actions. But no food in the world...no matter how delicious....will make you feel as good as you do when you can wear a bikini with confidence, or fit into a stylish outfit. That being said...she is in no place to be giving body advice. Smoking cigarettes and doing lines of Coke are just as damaging as eating tons of fat. And not all skinny people are healthy! Some skinny people eat complete garbage and are inactive...and they don't gain weight because of their metabolism. I don't care if you're a size 2 or a size 12...if you eat a balanced diet and get regular exercise YOU ARE HEALTHY!
