Kate Middleton leaves hospital after four days
Kate Middleton left the hospital. The pregnant royal walked out of King Edward VII hospital with husband Prince William at around 10:45 a.m., December 6. Kate staid in hospital for four days due to morning sickness. She looked fragile, but she’s feeling “much better”, the doctors said.
Kate was wearing a navy checked overcoat and light blue scarf when she left the hospital. She answered a few questions before she stepped into her waiting car.
Kate and William went to their home in the grounds of Kensington Palace. The Duchess of Cambridge was advised to rest following her stay in hospital. William visited his wife every day at the hospital. The Duchess was also visited by her sister Pippa, brother James and mother Carole.
“The Duchess of Cambridge has been discharged from the King Edward VII Hospital and will now head to Kensington Palace for a period of rest. Their Royal Highnesses would like to thank the staff at the hospital for the care and treatment The Duchess has received”, the Palace’s spokesperson said in a statement.
30-year-old Kate is believed to be in her “very early stages” of her pregnancy. That means she won’t be giving birth in time for the couple 2nd wedding anniversary. Kate married William is April 2011.
As for the pregnancy, it will bring so much media attention, we will probably have pregnant women ready to give birth the same day as Kate. Not to mention their baby’s name will becomes the most famous.
