Kate Hudson abs: she flashed her six-packs on 'Glee'

Kate Hudson flaunts her six-pack abs on the fourth season premiere of Glee! The 33-year-old actress is seen flashing her body in a midriff-baring ensemble during the September 13 episode.

Kate gave birth to her second son Bingham one year ago. In order to get her post-baby body back, the actress built a dance studio in her Los Angeles house. She also became a vegetarian and stopped eating after 7 a.m. “It worked. She has no baby fat left!” a friend of the actress said.

As for her role in ‘Glee’, Kate plays the perpetually unimpressed Cassandra July, a dance instructor at the fictional New York Academy of the Dramatic Arts.

Kate inherited her dancing skills from her mother Goldie Hawn. “Dancing with all the people who are on ‘Glee’. I don’t know! I’m a huge fan of ‘So You Think You Can Dance’, and I showed up to set, and [former contestants played] students in my dance class: Melanie [Moore] and Marko [Germar]“, Hudson said on the Ellen DeGeneres Show September 13.
