Kanye West was seen at the Cannes Film Festival in France and he wasn’t just enjoying the movies.
He was also spotted kissing a mystery blonde on his hotel terrace on Sunday. The fact that he was photographed didn’t seemed to upset the controversial rapper.
Recently, West was romantically linked to beauty queen and former Miss Universe contender Angela Martini. But this was a different woman. So either he isn’t dating Martini, either he is cheating on her with another woman.
Previously, West dated former stripper/model Amber Rose for two years. The couple split last summer.
