How much is Venice willing to accept in change for some funds to help restoring its architecture? A lot maybe, but not too much.

And according to Venice's mayor the billboard displaying a nude photograph of Julianne Moore is classified as "too much". So the ad revealing the 49-year-old actress posing on a chaise longue with a handbag and two lion cubs was removed from the Doge’s Palace.
Mayor Giorgio Orsoni called the luxury accessories brand Bulgari's ad "inappropriate" and has demanded that it be replaced by a less provocative image.
"An advertisement showing a nude woman on a divan is not appropriate for St Mark’s Square. I take account of the fact that Venice is part of the real word ... but we cannot accept these Hollywood-style images", said Marino Folin, president of the charity.
