Joel Madden Confirms Nicole Richie is Back Home from the Hospital!

Joel Madden confirms that Nicole Richie is well and back home after being hospitalized with pneumonia  earlier this week. Joel's announcement was made through a post on his band Good Charlotte's official site. "So I stepped off the plane after a month out of the country, and basically went straight to the hospital for the week. But don't worry all is well and we are home with no problems. I was supposed to go into the studio a finish the last few vocals for the record, but that had to wait. Family first", he said, adding  "Just getting home from the hospital to a healthy family is enough for me but to do what i love is the icing on the cake. So thanks, and Cardiology is coming soon ..... " And by that he was referring to Good Charlotte's upcoming studio album.
Joel Madden is dating Nicole Richie since 2006 and they have two children together: one-year-old daughter Harlow Winter Kate Madden and two-month-old son Sparrow James Midnight Madden. Despite the rumors saying they got married soon after Nicole gave birth to Sparrow, it seems that the couple hasn't made that step yet.
