Jessica Alba Wants to Adopt a Child!

Although Jessica Alba and her husband Cash Warren have a two years old daughter, Honor Marie, they plan to adopt a child.

During an 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' appearance, the 'Sin City' star announced she intends to adopt a child. "If you have the love, and the capacity to love children, you should just adopt. And I plan on doing it. My mom grew up around a huge family, and they always wanted more kids. I was like, 'Why don't you just adopt?'", she said.

"It's a duty, I think, for everyone to have social responsibility in some capacity. We are blessed to have so many opportunities in this country, a child has to know you can't just take. You also have to give. If you have a platform where you can raise awareness or give a voice to a cause in any way, it's a blessing", she added.
In the 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition', Jessica Alba appears alongside the building and design teams of ABC's reality series to rebuild a home for a Texas foster family of 15.
