Jesse Tyler Ferguson engaged to Justin Mikita

Jesse Tyler Ferguson is going to be a modern groom. The ‘Modern Family’ actor is engaged to his boyfriend, lawyer Justin Mikita.

“It’s true, I popped the big Q”, Jesse says in a video posted on the website for the foundation Tie the Knot, which supports the fight for marriage equality.

“I said yes!” Justin answers in the clip.

36-year-old Jesse and 27-year-old Jutin began dating two years ago.

The couple revealed they hoped their union would eventually be considered official nationwide. They have also teamed up with the Tie Bar to create a collection of bowties. All proceeds will be donated to various organizations to help gay and lesbian couples receive civil rights.
