A judge in this case ruled Jesse can take daughter Sunny to live in Texas. The moment the judge in Orange County made the announcement, Janine dropped her head on the table and began sobbing. “I’ll move, I’ll move!” she screamed soon after that.
According to what the judge ruled, Jesse and Janine will have joint legal custody, but Jesse will have physical custody.
Janine’s small victory in this case is that she can have physical custody of Sunny until school starts in Texas.
After the hiring, Janine told TMZ.com that she can’t compete with Jesse and Sandra and the “nice things they provide”. Despite that, she still hopes “Someday I will be her mother again”.
