One woman in playing with the stars' money. According to TMZ.com, one woman has been accused of operating a serious credit card scheme. Most of the victims are the Hollywood stars.
According to papers filed in United States District Court, a witness claims Jennifer Aniston, Liv Tyler, Melanie Griffith, Anne Hathaway's money accounts have been violated by a woman who ran a salon in Beverly Hills called the Chez Gabriela Studio. The woman's name is Maria Gabriella Perez and she has been accused of ripping off the credit card information from her rich clients and "fraudulently approximately $280,000 worth of charges in a one year period". Perez took $214,000 from Liv Tyler alone.
The woman was arrested on federal fraud charges and will appear in court in L.A. today.
The funny part is that the stars used to be Gabriella's clients. The woman even posted several personally autographed photos of her clients. "Dearest Gabby, Thank you for always being so good to me!" Jennifer Aniston said in one of them.
