Jason Russell Arrested & Hospitalized after Masturbating in Public

Jason Russell has been detained after the ‘Kony 2012′ star was seen masturbating and vandalizing cars in San Diego.

Russell was found by cops  dancing around the Intersection of Ingraham and Riviera wearing “speedo-like underwear”. He then got rid of his underwear and  began to make sexual gestures.
“Officers detained [Russell] and transferred him to a local medical facility for further evaluation and treatment”, cops told NBC after Russell was arrested.
According to TMZ, Russell was hospitalized on a 5150 psychiatric which allows authorities to keep him for 3 days to determine if he represents a threat to either himself or others. So far, Russell hasn’t been charged with crime for the incident.
Russell is the co-founder of Invisible Children as well as the filmmaker of the video which has set records on the Internet with more than 80 million views.

He is the father of two children.
