Jane Carrey Eliminated from ‘American Idol’

Being the daughter of a famous father didn’t help Jane Carrey too much. Jim Carrey‘s daughter was eliminated from ‘American Idol’.

The 24-year-old singer didn’t impress to much the judges with her performance of Creedence Clearwater Revival’s ‘Looking Out My Back Door’.
“My expectations of this week are that I’ll stay here, so get used to me!” she said before the show. But  judges Jennifer Lopez, Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler weren’t pleased so they had to let her go.
“I freaked out when I was there so I was really really shaky. I know I can do way better than that so I’m really disappointed”, she said after the show.
During the audition in San Diego, California, Jane sang Bonnie Raitt’s ‘Something to Talk About’.
