James Van Der Beek Pays Spousal Support to Ex-Wife!

James Van Der Beek is a responsible man. The actor has agreed to pay his former wife Heather McComb $7,750 per month in spousal support.

The two of them broke up last year after six years of marriage. In November, the 'Dawson's Creek' star filed for divorce. Soon after that, the actor was spotted dating model Kimberly Brook.
Anyway, according to TMZ.com, citing papers filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, while Beek agrees to make the monthly payments to McComb, the actor will keep the couple's Hollywood home as well as all the movies, stories, scripts and screenplays he wrote during their union.
The trade reports that Beek makes an average of $50,000 a month. Currently, James Van Der Beek is recurring roles on television : 'One Tree Hill' and 'Mercy'. He also has a supporting role in 'The Big Bang' movie, which will be released this year in U.S.
