James Brown died in 2006. Then, Brown's illegitimate daughter, LaRhonda Pettit suggested foul play.

Now she claims the singer body is missing from his crypt. She says that the Godfather of Soul's body was moved from the temporary crypt in South Carolina. Pettit says this may be  an attempt to keep her from having another autopsy performed on the body.

According to TMZ.com, which quotes a lawyer who represents 5 of Brown's children, Brwon's body never left the building. So he is still in the crypt and dressed with his "farewell" outfits.
