Jake Owen engaged! The 30-year-old country singer is off the market if anyone asks. The crooner proposed to his girlfriend Lacey Buchanan during  a charity performance in Vero Beach, Florida on Saturday, April 7.

According to Taste of Country, the singer went down on his knee while singing ‘Don’t Think I Can’t Love You’ and he popped the question on Buchanan. Funny thing: Owen himself wasn’t prepared for the proposal. It all came so  spontaneous that he didn’t even have a ring. Fortunately Buchanan said yes.

“I’m a happy man. Life is complete”, the singer wrote on Twitter.

Owen met  Buchanan on the set of his video for ‘Eight Second Ride’. Buchanan also appeared in his video for ‘Barefoot Blue Jean Night‘.

Jake Owen’s music career includes three released albums: ‘Startin’ with Me’, ‘Easy Does It’ and ‘Barefoot Blue Jean Night’.
