Lindsay Lohan

Is Lindsay Lohan's lawsuit against E-Trade a "win win" situation and a hoax? Peopeater has a theory that may be true about a conspiracy between Lohan and E-Trade.

Lindsay Lohan "filed" a lawsuit against the company because they made a commercial in which a baby is named "Lindsay" and called "milkaholic". Is this a reason enough for a lawsuit?  But here there is why this may be a hoax.
1. Lindsay Lohan's lawyer said the actress is suing E-Trade for using HER name in the commercial, as if Lindsay is a trade name which belongs to her. This is not a clause that can be used in court, no way. And a lawyer knows that! Then why suing for something you know you can't use?
2. The money amount Lindsay is asking is enormous: $ 100 million. It is not like Lindsay was showed naked in that commercial or something. She doesn't even appear in the ad. So the bombastic amount may be part of their strategy to give the incident bigger proportions.
3. The most important reason for which this "lawsuit' could be a joke is the fact that hundreds of thousands of people have watched the commercial in question after they found out about "the lawsuit". Lindsay voluntary attached her name to this commercial which runs on many blogs and sites so she gets as much publicity as she wants. And so does E-trade.
