Howard Stern

We don't know how much you liked Simon Cowell, but you surly like the man  who's expected to replace him. It seems like the producers of 'American Idol' thought about it and their first thought is to replace Cowell with Howard Stern for the new season.

"It's one of the few shows that could compete with Stern's $100 million-a-year Sirius contract [which expires this year], and Idol bosses think he'd be even nastier than Simon. They know he would be great TV and would clash with the other judges, such as Ellen DeGeneres, and the contestants. Idol will do what it takes to sign him", New York Post writes. And if we add that NY Post is owned by Fox's owner, Rupert Murdoch, then you can trust what the Post says in this matter.
Of course there are some saying that being a radio host and an Idol judge is too much for Stern: "Howard isn't ready to leave radio". But just looking at Ryan Seacrest we can see that anything is possible.
