Heidi Montag didn't exaggerate when she said about being obsessed with plastic surgery. If you look at her in the new issue of People, she really looks unrecognizable. And if her nose and chin don't seem that obviously changed, her breasts are really fake. "It sounds crazy, but once you get a certain size boob, you always want bigger. Bigger is better. The first time I got them, I thought they'd be bigger, so now that I've had them in me… and I know what I really want in size… I know I'm going to be very excited…", Heidi declared. And we wonder why doesn't she say the same thing about brains!?
"People are going to say nasty and judging things regardless of what I do. Obviously… this is very serious and a very controversial thing even in today's society, but the most important thing is for me to feel good and for me to be happy and confident in my body. I'm the one living in my skin",she added.
