Spencer Pratt and Heidi Pratt
Finally Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt made their separation legal. Heidi filed for divorce from Spencer nearly two months after she went to court to seek a legal separation.
“Heidi has amended her petition for separation and has filed a petition for dissolution of marriage from Spencer Pratt. The couple has agreed they would like their divorce to be finalised in a timely manner in an out-of-court settlement. Both parties are amicable with each other over the possibility of finalising their divorce”, Heidi’s lawyer, Jodeane said on Friday.
In the papers she filed in Santa Monica, California Superior Court this week, 23-year-old Montag cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce.
The couple got married in May 2009 in Mexico.
