Gwyneth Paltrow does what the doctor says and the doctor says to spend more time in the sun.
So this is what the actress did: she followed the medical advice for the sake of her health and enjoyed a day at the beach with children Apple, six, and four-year-old Moses.
Mother and children splashed in the sun close to one of her and husband Chris Martin’s homes in The Hamptons, Long Island.
Paltrow looked curvier that she used to, but still looking good in a pink and white leopard print bikini. Perhaps, Tracy Anderson can’t actually fight age and nature.
Last month, 38-year-old Paltrow said she was diagnosed her with the early stages of osteopenia, the precursor to brittle bone disease osteoporosis. Currently she undergoes a treatment which includes Vitamin D and she was told to “spend a bit of time in the sun”.
