Forbes: Beyonce Jay Z are the highest paid celebrity couple in 2012

Beyonce and Jay-Z are the Highest Paid Celebrity Couple in the world. According to this year’s Forbes’ “Highest Paid Celebrity Couples” list the two earned  $78 million combined. 30-year-old Beyonce and 42-year-old Jay-Z were married in 2008 and have 7-month-old daughter Blue Ivy.

With Beyonce’s “Live at Roseland” DVD release and her post-baby concert debut and Jay-Z’s ‘Watch the Throne’ album release and world tour it’s no wonder they are so rich.

If you are really interested, Beyonce earned more money than Jay-Z. Beyonce is worth $40 million while her husband can boast $38 million. Woman on top!

Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bundchen are taking the second place with $72 million. The parents-of-one son were 2011′s richest couple.

Rounding out Forbes’ top five richest couples of 2012: David and Victoria Beckham ($54 million), Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie ($45 million) and Will and Jada Pinkett Smith ($40 million).
