Eric Johnson Refuses To Sign Prenuptial Agreement

Jessica Simpson is pregnant and she plans to get married right after her baby is born. So someone has to take care of her fortune. That person is, of course, her father, Joe Simpson.

According to In Touch Weekly and OK! Magazine, her husband-to-be, Eric Johnson doesn’t want to sign a prenuptial deal.
31-year-old Jessica’s fortune worth from $700 million to $1 billion. In case of a divorce she might lose a big part of it, so papa Joe wants to make sure this will not happen. “Joe will make damn sure Jessica has an ironclad prenup. He’s not about to let some Yale grad get in on the empire he helped to build”, one of Jessica’s friends told OK! magazine. People say that Jessica should learn from Ashlee and Pete Wentz’s mistake. “Jessica probably would have just gone and eloped without a prenup, but her sister’s breakup really shocked her”, the friend added.
So Eric would better sign the deal and let her enjoy her pregnancy. Then he should marry her if that’s what she wants and never leave her.
