It’s over between Emily Maynard and Jef Holm. “Emily just decided that she’s had enough”, one source told Us Weekly.

“Emily was extremely miserable. She was like, ‘I’m dying, I’m dying here’”, adds another insider.

So the 26-year-old ‘Bachelorette’ dumped Jef. Emily described the split as “a very difficult and heartbreaking decision”.

Emily competed on the 15th season of ‘The Bachelor’ where she accepted Brad Womack’s proposal in the season finale. They, too, broke up a few months later.

Emily became engaged to Jef five months ago. But in mid-August, rumor had it the mother-of-one was cheating on Jef with Matt Leinart. Then, in early October Jef was seen flirting with another woman.

We bet they were tired of their fabricated PDA parade for the cameras. It must be hard to pose like a happy couple when you’re not.

Following the separation, the former pair have stopped following one another on Twitter. “She says she and Jef have nothing to talk about”, another source said. 28-year-old Jef changed his Facebook relationship status from “engaged” to “single”. He’s probably hoping for a main role in ‘The Bachelor’.

Earlier this month, former ‘Bachelor’ Ben Flajnik and fiancee, model Courtney Robertson, also broke up.
