Elvis Presley Hair Sold for $18,300!

Elvis Presley...could that be the sold hair sample?

We have a cheek that has been once kissed by Elvis Presley, wanna buy it!? Because if you hoped for a sample from the star's hair, it is too late for that! According to The Chicago Tribune, a lock of Elvis Presley's hair sold for $18,300 to an anonymous telephone bidder at a Chicago auction Sunday. Careful with the hair burglars!
Anyway, the hair seems to be from the time when Elvis joined the US army in 1958. The hair sample made part of an Elvis items collection which belonged to former Presley fan club president Gary Pepper  and was offered by Leslie Hindman auctioneers in The Windy City. The collection also includes stage clothes, records, and Christmas cards. So, you still have a chance!
In 1980, when Gary Pepper died, the collection was transferred to his nurse who is now selling it! Pepper would be certainly devastated!

Earlier this year a hand-written dramatic poem that belonged to Elvis was sold for over $ 20,000!
