Britney Spears desperately needs someone to take care of her hair. The singer was seen shopping in Sherman Oaks, California yesterday and she looked like a nightmare.

The moment she turned her head, the matted hair extensions and ginger scalp were clearly visible. Which could be disgusting for anybody, but especially for a star.
Britney was wearing a tangerine coloured vest, beige shorts and brown ankle boots. She did try to hide her messy hair by tying it up in a top knot, but no results.
The good thing of the day was that Los Angeles social services have closed their child abuse investigation. Spears' former bodyguard, Fernando Flores previously accused the singer of beating her sons. He also claimed that Britney sexually harassed him by walking naked in front of him.
