Dennis Quaid wife split after eight years

Dennis Quaid and his wife Kimberly Buffington-Quaid are getting closer to the end of their marriage.

According to TMZ, Kimberly  has filed for legal separation from the actor. She is asking for joint legal and sole physical custody of their 4-year-old twins, Thomas and Zoe. Kimberly is also seeking spousal support and legal fees.

This is not the first time when the couple is in trouble. Kimberly first filed for divorce in March 2012. Two months later she changed her mind. Back in July the couple had a romantic anniversary vacation in Bora Bora. Everyone thought things were going well between them. But no, Kimberly is once again decided to end her eight years marriage to Dennis. “Kimberly. . . wants out of the marriage. He’s not a good husband”, one source told TMZ. Now Kimberly has to wait six months before filing for divorce. Something tells us she will go till the end this time.

The couple has been through a lot together. The twins almost died shortly after birth because they were given a massive overdose of the drug Heparin at the hospital. Quaid filed a lawsuit with the hospital and the drug manufacturer. The actor was awarded $750,000.

Previously, Dennis Quaid was married to PJ Soles and Meg Ryan. The 58-year-old actor and Meg Ryan have a 20-year-old son Jack.
