Courtney Love sent no present to her daughter Frances Bean Cobain for her 18th anniversary. She just wrote several posts on her Twitter page bagging Frances to come back home.

"I love you but your 18 now do NOT allow any guardianship to continue whatsoever! NO LAWYERS! I LOVE YOU! They've kidnapped my child", she wrote. She also accused Frances of "ruining" her life and leaving it in "tatters". But, at the same time, she begged her to come back home.
"Happy 18th, I got you something so bl**dy awesome, finally. I love you. I love you little bean, but please stop this madness over so much more money than your little self can comprehend its taken years but just come home. I pray to god snap out of it. I shouldve hooked up in a loveless marriage to a powerful hedgefund guy then youd be safe, Im sorry I didn't for. For your sake. I love you", she wrote.
In another post she said: "well, I long for your kiss and your sweet head smell, I long for you I ache for you,  I die for you every day my heart breaks for you".In the end she concluded: "I'm done, you aren't dumb, you know what you've done...I couldn't shelter you from them I suppose it's my fault, I'm so sorry bean. x".
The message received support from 45,000 followers, but so far Frances hasn't responded.
Frances is the only daughter of Courtney Love and late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, who committed suicide in 1994. She was put into her grandmother's custody, Cobain's mother Wendy O'Connor in 2003.

Then, in December 2009, Cobain's sister, Kimberly Cobain and Wendy O'Connor were called as temporary co-guardians of Frances. Courtney Love received a restraining order prohibiting her from as temporary co-guardians of Frances.
