Corey Haim Laid to Rest!

Yesterday Corey Haim was laid to rest in his hometown of Toronto. The '80s icon was taken into the Steeles Memorial Chapel in Thornhill, Ontario.

Hundred close friends and family members gathered to say good-bye to the man they remembered as a "good soul and a fun-loving guy". Haim’s longtime friend and frequent co-star Corey Feldman did not attend the funeral.
"I think I'm his number one fan. I've loved him since I was 13. I've never done anything like this before, but when I found out he died, I was very sad", one of his fans, who drove eight hours from Philadelphia to Corey,s hometown of Toronto to show her support, said.
The 38 years old actor died on March 10, in the Los Angeles apartment he shared with his mother. The coroner's report concerning the causes of his death hasn't been released yet. Until that happens, we can only guess that prescription drugs and his cardiac issues played a role in Haim's death.
