Conrad Murray

Months after months of controversial researches may lead to the conclusion that Michael Jackson's doctor, Conrad Murray is guilty of killing the pop star. The doctor gave Michael what turned to be the drug that was fatal for the singer so now Murry is facing a possible arrest. TMZ.com, reports that Murray intend to surrender on Wednesday morning and that he will be charged with involuntary manslaughter for the death of Jackson.

At the same time, RadarOnline informs that Murray met his lawyers and they are preparing the terms of his potential defense.
On the day of Michael's death, Conrad Murray was on his side and gave the star a lethal dose of Propofol, a powerful anesthetic often used in surgery. It seems that the doctor gave Michal the drug at 10:45 and he realised the singer wasn't breathing at 11 am. But the call made to 911 was registered at 12:20 which leaves at least one hour between the moment Michael stopped breathing and the call. In the mean while it turns out that Murray has made there private phone calls. Ever since June 25 of last year, the day of Michael Jackson's death until now Murray has maintained that he did nothing to put the singer's life in danger.
On Monday, a law enforcement official told the Associated Press that Murray will be charged with manslaughter rather than taking the case to a grand jury. "Dr. Murray is in Los Angeles for a dual purpose - on family business and to be available for law enforcement. We're trying to be as cooperative as we can ... We continue to maintain that Dr. Murray neither prescribed nor administered anything that should have killed Michael Jackson", spokeswoman Miranda Sevcik declared.
