NBC and Conan O’Brien finally signed a deal on Thursday, a deal that costs NBC $ 45 million (O’Brien will receive $33 million and his staff another $12 million). And all that after just seven months of working for the network.
Good job, after all, O’Brien! And this is how we say good-bye to ‘The Tonight Show’.
It seems that the deal’s terms forbids O’Brien from appearing on other shows.
Too bad, especially since Joel McHale tried to offer Conan O’Brien a job. It was talking about co-hosting ‘The Soup’.
So far no agreement was made in that matter.
