The woman who may think of herself as Britain's Paula Abdul, Cheryl Cole (one of the 'The X-Factor' judges) announced that she is getting divorce from cheating husband Ashley Cole.

Cheryl has been married to the Chelsea football star for three years and a half. "Cheryl Cole is separating from her husband Ashley Cole. Cheryl asks the media to respect her privacy during this difficult time. We have no further comment to make", her representative said in a statement.
26 year old Cheryl is already looking for a new house in Los Angeles, including a Spanish-style five-bedroomed, six-bathroomed villa in the Hollywood Hills, which worth £2.1 million. It has its own 800-bottle temperature-controlled wine cellar, outdoor barbecue and kitchen plus a stunning swimming pool and lies above the legendary Hollywood Bowl concert venue.
However, as you can see, Cheryl Cole is considering moving to the U.S. following the breakdown of her marriage. And this works perfectly well with the proposition Simon Cowell made her, about being a judge on his planned American X Factor next year, Daily Mail reports.
