Charlie Sheen Charged with Misdemeanor Assault!

Following the sandal which took place on Christmas Day, in Aspen and lead to Charlie Sheen's arrest, the actor will be charged with felony menacing against his wife Brooke Mueller.

Sheen will be charged with misdemeanor assault and the criminal complaint will be filed either late tomorrow or first thing Monday morning.
Sheen is scheduled to appear on court Money for an arraignment when the judge will be asked to relax the protective order forbidding any contact between the two.
Yet Sheen is not expected to enter a plea on Monday.
