Charlie Sheen Back to Work after Pleading Not Guilty!

Charlie Sheen is finally back to work! The actor who pleaded not guilty on domestic violence charge on Monday will return on the 'Two and a Half Men' set this week. "Charlie is looking forward to going back to work for the final four episodes of 'Two and Half Men'. He's also looking forward to clearing his name, putting all of this behind him and spending time with his kids during his hiatus", the show's executive producer, Mark Burg  said.
At the same time, the actor will still spend nights in rehab as a "preventive measure" his lawyer said. In the mean while, his wife Brooke Mueller, who didn't show up at the Monday's hearing, is undergoing rehab at the couple's L.A. home and is caring for their one year-old twins.
The whole drama begun on Christmas Day when according to Mueller, Sheen grabbed her throat and held a knife to it while pinning her down. Sheen denied the accident to the police and said that Mueller was having alcohol issues.
A three-day trial is set beginning on July 21, but the case could end with a plea deal. Most surely, Sheen won't go to jail given that Mueller did not suffer serious physical injury.

Sheen's next hearing is on April 19, but he's not required to show in person.
