The actress, 28, was pulled over at around 3:30 a.m. The ‘What I Like About You’ star failed a sobriety test and she was taken to the LAPD Van Nuys station, where she was given an evaluation. The cops “determined she was under the influence of a drug” and charged her with DUI. Bynes was held on $15,000 bail. She was later released after posting the bail. continue reading

According to the Associated Press, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s deputy Tony Moore confirmed that Brown was released from prison at 12:01 a.m. on Monday morning. So far, no other details are available.
