Casey Johnson Had No Will and No Money!

Casey Johnson, a member of the Johnson & Johnson family who died this January, left no will and had approximately $75,000 in assets.

According to TMZ.com, his father Robert Johnson IV filed some legal documents asking the court to appoint him Special Administrator of Casey's estate.
He says "it is necessary for him to take possession of all of the assets ... as quickly as possible to preserve her estate from damage, waste, injury and publicity". It seems like Robert Johnson  has also Casey's mom, Nancy Sale Frey Johnson consent.
After her death, Casey's adopted daughter Ava is in Nancy Sale Frey Johnson's custody. Currently Casey's mother tries to adopt or become the legal guardian of the little girl. Let's see what Tila Tequila, Casey's former girlfriend has to say about this. We honestly believe that Tila stopped being interested in adopting Ava once she found out Casey left no money behind her.
