We can not believe what the rumors say, but we definitely have to believe what Carrie Underwood’s engagement ring has to say. It says that she is engaged. Maybe yesterday there was still a spot of doubt in Carrie’s engagement to Mike Fisher news, but now we know for real. Carrie was seen flashing her new diamond engagement ring Monday while Mike Fisher’s Ottawa Senators hockey team faced off against the Boston Bruins in Ottawa. “It’s true. We’re both obviously excited and very happy. I’m not sure exactly when (the wedding will take place)”, Fisher said. But according to his website they are hoping for a wedding next summer.
“It’s great. It’s a long time coming. There’s going to be a lot of broken hearts here in Ottawa with all those girls that are in love with Mikey”, Winger Chris Neil, Fisher’s teammate declared. Then he added that Carrie is “an awesome girl. We’re ecstatic for him.”
