Simon Monjack and Brittany Murphy
According to TMZ.com, Brittany Murphy’s husband, Simon Monjack said he refuses an autopsy on his deceased wife. But, it seems that, despite his wish, the L.A. County Coroner’s office will perform an autopsy on Murphy in the next two days.
Ed Winter from the L.A. County Coroner’s Office declared that foul play is not suspected. Although there were some prescriptions found in Murphy’s house they seem legally and they will be examined. Toxicology tests will be performed, which could take up to six weeks.
