Britney Spears Settles with Paparazzo For Driving Over His Foot!

In 2007 a paparazzo accused Britney Spears that she intentionally drove her Mercedes over his foot. Rick Mendoza who was then working for TMZ, claimed that Britney "was not in the mental, emotional and/or physical condition to operate the subject motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner". Now the singer's lawyers seem to have reached a financial settlement with the paparazzo. The terms of the settlement were not released, but Mendoza had originally demanded for more than $200,000 in damages. So he may receive the amount! Don't you think that Britney has made a habit of paying men money!?
