Britney Spears new house: the singer bought an $8,5 million mansion

Britney Spears is moving even further away from Hollywood. The 30-year-old singer has left Calabasas and bought a new house in Thousand Oaks, CA. The $8,5 million mansion is located about 16 miles from Brit’s old mansion in Calabasas.

Measuring 8,456 square foot, the house is located inside a private community far from the people’s eyes. The mansion includes 5 bedrooms, 7 baths, wine cellar, home theater and a huge pool.

The reason Britney moved from her old house? She wants to start a new life with fiance Jason Trawick in a new house that’s more secure.

The only problem is that Britney will live far from her new house for a while. The singer is a judge on ‘X Factor’ and she’ll be staying in a super-fancy L.A. hotel when the show comes to Los Angeles in a few weeks.

In case Britney will marry Jason, it will be her third marriage. The singer is already a mother to two sons with former husband Kevin Federline. Britney and Jason got engaged in late 2011.
