Brian Austin Green, Megan Fox sued by a celebrity photographer. The reason? The paparazzo claims, the actor brutalized him.

According to TMZ, Delbert Shaw sued the couple this morning in L.A. County Superior Court after Brian Austin Green and his wife Megan Fox made verbal threats against him. The incident occurred last December on the beach in front of the Four Seasons Resort in Hualalai, Hawaii.

Unfortunately, the incident didn’t stop there. It got even worse after Fox asked her husband:  “Are you going to let him get away with that?”

Show claims that Brian Austin Green wanted to defend his wife’s honor and to prove that he was a real man  by hauling off and pummeling him, causing severe injuries. Show says that Green threw his iPhone into the sea. It looks like Fox was encouraging her husband during the incident.

Delbert Shaw is suing for unspecified damages and is represented by attorney Sark Ohanian at law firm of Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley, LLP in Beverly Hills, TMZ reported.

It’s weird to find out that Brian Austin Green is a violent man. We always thought the best of him. You know, the calm kind, who’s rather looking for peace than getting into a fight. Megan Fox instead seems the kind of woman who asks her man to stand for her with violence. We bet men fought a lot for her in the past. Not just because she’s beautiful, but because she probably likes to see them showing the worse of them in front of her. That’s not what a classy woman would do. Then again, she always seemed the hysterical type. So this incident suits her very well.

Anyway, the worse part of this incident is that photos of Brian Austin Green assaulting the paparazzo have surface and they could be a good evidence the attack took place.
