Who said we can't match country music with fashion? Last night at the 45th annual Country Music Association Awards held in Nashville and hosted by Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley the stars proved the contrary. We had a few nice outfits. Here's the list of best dressed stars at 2011 CMA:

• Carrie Underwood, the event's host wore gold ombre cap-sleeve Reem Acra gown with a portrait-neckline and Johnathon Arndt jewels.

• Taylor Swift, the Entertainer of the Year donned a white strapless J. Medel gown with a major train. She accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz chandelier earrings.

• Miranda Lambert, the female vocalist of the year nominee rocked a custom Haute Hippie strapless beaded gown and Jordan Alexander jewels.

• LeAnn Rimes wore a Badgley Mischka lace gown with a tiered bodice and ruffled train paired with a silver clutch and a wavy half-up hairstyle.

• Faith Hill, the singer,  styled her hair in a major bouffant and wore a white Chado Ralph Rucci column dress with three-quarter sleeves and sheer cut-out panels in the back.

On the other hand, other stars failed to impress with their outfits. So the worst dressed list includes:

• Ginnifer Goodwin wore a ruffled strapless Prabal Gurung dress, which she paired with Giuseppe Zanotti shoes, Isharya jewelry, and a Rodo clutch.

• Nicole Kidman proved no imagination with her gunmetal-gray beaded Jean Paul Gaultier strapless column gown with a Fred Leighton floral choker

• Erin Andrews, the ESPN host was a little overreacted with her sparkly hot pink strapless ombre mini dress and strappy sandals.

• Natasha Bedingfield was classy, but a little bit inappropriate for the event in a vibrant top, black skirt and nude platform pumps.
