Andy Dick was arrested yesterday in West Virginia on two felony charges of alleged sexual abuse in the first degree. According to the Associated Press quoting the court documents the 44 years old actor is accused of grabbing a bouncer’s crotch at the Rum Runners bar in Huntington, Va.
Andy Dick was in town for his weekend performance at the Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurant in Huntington. “I have no comment for now because I’m still determining the facts of the case,” Dick’s attorney Jeffery Rubenstein told People.
Andy Dick’s bail was set at $ 60,000 and his preliminary hearing has been scheduled for February 2.
This is the second time when Dick has troubles with the law. In 2008 he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery and marijuana possession in California.
