Shock for the fashion world: Alexander McQueen died! According to TMZ.com, the international fashion designer was found dead in his London home this morning. Unconfirmed rumors say that we are talking about a suicide. So far, no statement was made in this matter. All we have is a statement from McQueen’s office saying: “At this stage it is inappropriate to comment on this tragic news beyond saying that we are devastated and are sharing a sense of shock and grief with [McQueen's] family.”
Sky News reports that the police have said the designer’s death would not be “treated as suspicious.”
The 40-year-old designer used to design outfits for Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Prince Charles.
