Peter Graves died yesterday in Los Angeles. He was 83 years old.
According to the Associated Press quoting Graves’ publicist, the actor died due to a heart attack outside his Los Angeles home. It seems like he just returned from having brunch with his family when he fell down.
Peter Graves was best known for his role as Jim Phelps, who led a group of special agents who undertook dangerous missions, in TV series ‘Mission: Impossible’. He also played the role of a wacky pilot in the 1980 comedy ‘Airplane’ and ‘Airplane II: The Sequel’.
