Yet there could be another explanation: maybe Adam Shulman is just afraid after Hathaway’s ex-fiance Raffaello Follieri started sending her letters from jail. Follieri is serving four and a half years for trying to runaway with $50 million in investment capital from billionaire Ronald Burkle. It looks like, in the letters, he is asking Anne to wait for him and give their relationship another shot. Hathaway started dating Follieri in 2004 and called it quits in 2008.

Follieri was ordered to be deported when released, if that is carried out Anne should have no worries, unless Adam is just using her like her ex. He certainly shows her little respect or affection, and makes no effort to compliment her, little wonder he dose not join her on the Red carpet. Looks like this looser is out for the main chance.
