The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards were held last night, September 6. We didn’t see too many inspired outfits, but we still came up with a best dressed list. Here are our choices:

KRISTEN STEWART made her first official appearance after the cheating scandal. the 22-year-old actress wore a long-sleeved black lace dress by Zuhair Murad featuring colorful hand-beaded floral embroidery. She also wore her hair pulled back in a high pouf.

TAYLOR SWIFT donned a sleek white J. Mendel pantsuit, dramatic dazzling Ofira earrings and a Lorraine Schwartz ring, plus classic red lips.

ZOE SALDANA choose a raw-edged, baby-pink dress and strappy sandals, plus a curly faux bob. The actress showed off her stems in a Salvatore Ferragamo frock and shoes; she accessorized with an Alexander McQueen clutch.
